Delete your Bank of Health account
Bank of Health is made by The Good Years Project, LLC. You can delete your account, and all of the data in it, at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How to delete your account
- In the app or on the web: go to Settings → Account & Billing (you'll be asked to log in on the web), scroll to Delete Account, and confirm.
- Can't log in, or already uninstalled the app? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Everything: your profile, health history, daily logs, workouts, sleep, weight, connected-device data, milestones, goals, and any feedback you've sent us (including screenshots). This can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, export it from the same Settings page before you delete.
What's kept, and for how long
- Backups that contain your deleted data are cycled out within 30 days.
- Anonymized cost records (no health data, and not linked to you) are retained for accounting.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription — Apple or Google owns that billing. Cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings too.
