Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - from Settings, in a couple of taps. No emails to send, no retention hoops. You keep full access through the time you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. You can export everything - or delete everything - at any time, subscribed or not. If you come back later, your history is waiting for you. The details are in our plain-English privacy policy.
What does Lifetime mean?
One payment, and Bank of Health is yours for as long as it exists - every feature, every future feature, both apps, no renewals ever.
What's the refund policy?
Your first payment - including a Lifetime purchase - is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked, self-serve from your settings. Renewal payments aren't self-serve, but if something's gone wrong, email [email protected] and we'll be humans about it.
